Kobetsu Kaizen

Kobetsu Kaizen is a targeted improvement approach within Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) that focuses on solving specific problems in production processes. It aims to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce defects, and enhance productivity by implementing systematic, data-driven solutions. By engaging cross-functional teams, Kobetsu Kaizen ensures continuous improvement through root cause analysis and practical countermeasures.

SMED

SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) is a lean manufacturing method that reduces equipment setup and changeover times to less than 10 minutes. By streamlining processes and separating internal and external setup tasks, SMED increases efficiency, minimizes downtime, and enhances production flexibility.

Why Why Analysis

The Why-Why Analysis is a problem-solving technique that identifies root causes by repeatedly asking "why" until the fundamental issue is uncovered. This method helps eliminate superficial fixes and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems.

ECRS Analysis

ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) analysis is a systematic method used in lean manufacturing to improve processes by reducing waste and increasing efficiency. By evaluating each step in a workflow, ECRS helps identify unnecessary actions, streamline operations, and enhance productivity.

In alternative history, the Russian Imperial Army continues to fight under the command of cruel General Voronin ten years after the tsar’s death. Ivan Oblomov, the commander of the republic army, planned a final attack on General Voronin's last stronghold to finish the war. Before declaring the assault in live broadcasting, Ivan called his brother-in-law Andrei to join him in the announcement to increase his soldier’s morale since Andrei was the one who killed the Tsar and changed the tide of the war. As soon as the assault turned out to be a tragedy, Tsar turned back from death and killed the Republican army commander in front of the cameras, Ivan decided to join and manage the attacking armies to prevent the unification of shattered Imperial Armies. On the other hand, Andrei had to travel to the castle of Mukaran to protect the castle and the city from Voronin’s most loyal commander Kozmodin.
